Booking Procedures
• Send us request via email or Facsimile.
• After we receive your request and if the wedding is possible to be performed, we will send the confirmation sheet and price of package.
• After you decided to have wedding ceremony with us, we will send you payment procedures and invoice
• We will process all the arrangements after we receive the Down Payment of amount 50% from the total price.
• The balance Payment must be settled 14 (fourteen) days prior to your wedding day.
• Accepted payment by credit cards (Visa Card and Master Card) with 3% additional charge for administration fee.
Cancellation Policy
• 30 days prior to wedding is 50% from the total price
• 14 days prior to wedding is 100%from the total price
• No Show is 100% from the total price
